L7 series Cortex M4F, low power
The low power A34L716 series is a microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M4F core with a flash memory of up to 256 Kbytes with an SRAM of 24KB. The operation voltage range of the device is from 1.8V to 3.6V. A34L716 series provide a highly flexible and cost effective solution for many battery operated applications. The MCU can have communication with external devices via various interfaces, including UART, USART, I2C, SPI, LPUART, USB full-speed. and 16-bit timers, real time clock and 12-bit ADC, OPAMP, 12-bit DAC. To reduce system power consumption, A34L716 devices also provide various power modes and low-power peripherals such as LPUART. The A34L716 series is suitable for low power applications that require long battery life.
